The Goal

V2 Clinical was preparing to attend BIO 2025, one of the largest biotech conferences in the world. Their objective: identify warm leads already in their LinkedIn network without paying for upgraded entry, combing through exhibitor spreadsheets, or relying on cold outreach.

The Challenge

BIO 2025 features over 1,200 exhibitors and 4,300 participating companies. V2’s own network included around 1,800 connections, a goldmine of potential warm paths, but difficult to manually cross-reference with thousands of company names.

The Approach

Using Introly’s network-matching workflow, we:

  • Pulled the complete BIO 2025 exhibitor and participant lists (5,500+ total companies)

  • Matched them to V2’s professional connections

  • Delivered a structured report showing:

    • Company name

    • Contact name and title

    • LinkedIn URL

    • Whether the company was an exhibitor or participant

 

This gave V2 two segmented lists:

  • 164 total warm connections at participating companies

  • 80 of those connections tied to official exhibitors
