Introly Referral Program Terms & Conditions

By joining and participating in the Introly Referral Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms:

​

1. Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals 18 years or older. You do not need to be an Introly customer to participate.

​

2. How It Works

Each approved referrer receives a unique promo code to share with their network. When someone uses your code at checkout to purchase a qualifying Introly product (Find Roles or Find Clients packages), you earn 20% of the net profit from that sale.

​

3. Qualifying Purchases

Eligible purchases include:

  • Find Roles package

  • Find Clients package

​

Promo codes must be entered at checkout to qualify.


Self-referrals (using your own code to purchase) are not eligible.

​

4. Payouts

  • Payouts are 20% of net profit, calculated after payment processing and data costs.

  • Payments are made via PayPal or Venmo, as selected during your sign-up.

  • Payouts are processed within 14–30 days after the refund period for the referred purchase ends.

  • You must provide valid payment details to receive your payout.​

 
5. Refunds & Cancellations

If a referred purchase is refunded or canceled, the related payout will be voided or deducted from future payouts.

6. Program Modifications

Introly reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program, or update these terms, at any time without prior notice.

​

7. Fair Use

We reserve the right to review all referrals and disqualify any that appear fraudulent, self-referred, or inconsistent with the spirit of the Program.

8. Taxes

Participants are responsible for any taxes associated with their earnings from the Program.

10. Agreement

By participating in the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

11. Communications

By joining the Referral Program, you agree to receive occasional emails from Introly related to referral updates, payout information, and product news. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the footer of each message.
